Brewery ‘De Halve Maan’ : milongas

For centuries the Maes family has been brewing beer on the Walplein in Bruges. The history of the brewery is contained in a unique museum.  Are you looking for a different way to have lunch in Bruges? This modern tavern is strongly recommended! You can enjoy your meal overlooking the canals, cozy by our fireplace, looking down on the brewing house or on a beautiful terrace.

Hof van Watervliet: workshops

This Gothic mansion was built in the second half of the 15th century by Jan III de Baenst (1483), a local politician and chamberlain of the Duke of Burgundy. Marcus Laurin, a renowned humanist and lord of Watervliet, lived in this building in the 16th century and acquired an art collection, a coin collection and a library with his family fortune.

All workshops will take place on this location, room 13 or 14.

City Theater: Gran Milonga

 Foto Tom Vanbesien

The Bruges City theater (1869) is one of the best kept city theaters of Europe which was thoroughly restored in 2001. Behind the sober renaissance facade a majestic theater hall is located as well as a palatial foyer in an eclectic style. Dancing here is a real privilege. For the occasion Maja and Marko will treat us with a demo.
